This usually fills quickly and space is limited, so we suggest you reserve your space as soon as possible. This is a monthly circle which will meet every third Sunday, offered free to Lilith Institute members (no meeting in January, July or August.) Energy exchange for non-members is $21.00.

February 7 – SAVE THE DATE! Part 1 of the Inanna Sampler. Dr. Grahn will read some of Inanna’s love poetry, and Dr. Dianne Jenett will bring in additional poetry from a civilization in the Indus Valley of north India, that both paralleled and directly traded with Sumer. The Sangam literature addresses the lush erotic powers of women, and the uniquely female quality of attractiveness known as ananku in the literature, and called .NAME in ancient Sumerian literature.

February 21 – SAVE THE DATE! Part 2 of a Mago Academy forum (www.magoacademy.org), an “Inanna Sampler,” hosted by Dr. Judy Grahn. Dr. D’vorah Grenn will present on the Sumerian/Mesopotamian tradition of Lilith as a figure who resisted a patriarchal paradigm in choosing to flee the prison of “Paradise”, and Dr. Grahn will complete the Forum with her analysis of Inanna’s justice, and in particular her protection of the sexual autonomy of women.

We will again co-produce this symposium with Yerusha—WISDOM OF THE MOTHERS: Honoring our Ancestral Roots. Last year’s symposium, WISDOM OF THE MOTHERS: Celebrating Matriarchal and Matrilineal Spiritual Traditions, was a great success, and we hope to see even more of you this year!

We will be at the Goddess Conference in Portugal! Yeshe Meryemana Matthews, founding priestess and sibyl  of the Mt. Shasta Goddess Temple, will be a featured speaker.
